Teju Babyface announces the birth of his 3rd child

  • Teju Babyface, a popular Nigerian comedian and media figure, has become a father once more, a baby girl after his wife gave birth to a set of twins

On October 9, 2023, the comedian shared the good news with his fans and followers on his Instagram page, stating that the child had just recently been born.

The comedian revealed the newest member of their joyful family in two images he shared to his page. He and his wife of 11 years, Tobi, were pictured cuddling the infant tenderly in the post.

Babyface informed everyone that the mother and the child are both in good health while also humorously adding that he is as well.

He wrote:

The one (that) the Yoruba people call Idowu is here! My wife @tobibanjokooyelakin and I welcomed our 3rd child, a girl, into the world a couple of days ago. Mother and daughter are very well. And father too (if anybody was wondering 🙂)”

Then, turning to his wife, he made a humorous announcement that this would be their last child and emphasized that he was putting up his boots.

Now, having rejoiced and announced thus, Iya Ibeji aka Iya Idowu aka Mrs. Babyface, e don do o! I don hang boot o. Let Alaba just chill o 😁. Ehen” he added.

Since then, the new parents have received many congratulations and good wishes from admirers and other celebrities. The renowned comedian and his wife tied the knot in September 2012, and their first pair of twins arrived the following year. Their joyful family has since welcomed a new member.

In videos making the rounds, Teju Babyface interviewed AY, questioned him about his efforts to reconcile with Basketmouth and inquiring about the role of senior colleagues in mediating their differences.

In response, AY revealed that he had indeed made efforts over the years to mend their relationship, but he has now reached a point where he no longer wishes for reconciliation. He expressed his willingness to carry the grudge with him to his grave.
