The Top 5 Hip Hop Albums for this week come down to Eminem’s, “Curtain Call 2”, Blacc Zacc’s “Life of a Trapper”, Young Boy Never Broke Again’s “The Last Slimeto”, $uicideboy$ “Sing Me a Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation” and last but definitely not least, a compilation spearheaded by Amada Records and SS Global Entertainment, “Ridin High The Compiliation (Deluxe).
Within the first day of release, the project reached Top 40 on the iTunes chart in a matter of hours. Then after a few days, it eventually peaked at number 5 on the Hip Hop/ Rap chart. Shortly thereafter, it reached numbers 2 and 3 on both the “Movers and Shakers” and “Rap & Hip Hop Bestsellers” chart on Amazon Music.
The competition is high, but the two independent powerhouses never seem to let it stop them. In fact, somehow, they manage to always maintain the perfect rollout that helps even out the playing field for their projects which feature independent artists and producers who all deserve to be heard.
The album features a diverse selection of carefully chosen artists who all hold originality, talent, and skill and together make it the masterpiece that it is.
