Nigerian singer, Davido, has shared how he messed up his relationship with Chioma before they finally got married.
The singer got candid in an interview as he spoke about his relationship with his wife, Chioma.
In a video that has been circulating online, the Unavailable crooner was asked about the time he was most disappointed in himself.
Davido seemed to get emotional before he answered the question. According to the DMW boss, he was most disappointed in himself when he and Chioma got into a fight.
He added that he messed up their relationship at that point with the way he handled the situation. Regrettably, he noted that he could have handled the situation better because she is an amazing person.
“When me and my wife first had a rift. I was disappointed in myself. I felt like I could have done better because she’s an amazing person. I messed up, but I fixed it,” he said while showing off his ring with a wide grin.
Davido’s openness about his mistake and how he handled his fight with Chioma soon got a number of his fans talking. Many of them praised his honesty.
The video has since gone viral, with many people sharing it on social media and expressing their admiration for the singer’s honesty and vulnerability.
