Popular Content Creator Shanks under fire over new comedy skit

Nigerian Comic Skitmaker, Adesokan Emmanuel, aka Shanks, has come under heavy criticism on social media for mocking God’s name in a comedy skit.

The comedian shared a video of a new skit, titled “If Joseph was a Nigerian”.

In the clip, Shanks and Actress Modola Osifuwa, hilariously played the role of Joseph and Mary in the Bible.

At a point in the skit, he painted funny ‘Nigerian scenarios’ between Joseph and God over Mary’s miraculous pregnancy.

Some internet users, however, did not find his content amusing. They chastised him for making jokes with God’s name.
