Popular Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata professionally known as Teni has ‘punished’ a cameraman by inviting him to join her on stage to dance with her during a recent performance.
The self-acclaimed Sugar Mummy of Lagos caught the attention of concertgoers when she invited the young man to the stage and requested a dance with him.
While bringing him out, Teni stated that the cameraman, Chixon, almost made her loose her balance, so in retaliation, she decided to dance with him on stage.
However, before proceeding with the dance, she repeatedly asked if he was single. When he confirmed he was single, Teni asked him to hold her waist while dancing.
He first resisted the request, but then gave in and shyly gripped her waist for a dance as the “Case” crooner had asked.
The talented singer composed a song for the cameraman on the spot as they danced, which caused the audience to cheer in excitement.

hitztv recalls Teni was accused of ordering an attack on a student of the University of Benin, UNIBEN.
The ‘little’ crooner was reportedly in Asaba, Delta State, to perform when a fan accosted her saying she doesn’t take photos with fans anymore since she became a celebrity. In response, Teni allegedly ordered her bouncer to assault a fan.
A video shared on Twitter shows a UNIBEN student bleeding from his eyes. Voices in the video accused Teni of being responsible for the attack. A voice claims in the video:
“Teni came to Asaba to play a show and this is what Teni’s bouncer did to somebody there, for saying nothing and for doing nothing to Teni.”
“On Teni’s instruction o.” other voices are heard saying in the video.
“Teni, all your fans, this is how you keep treating them in Nigeria because you’re the biggest artist.” another voice says.
