In a deeply personal and brave admission, BBNaija all stars housemate, Venita opens up about the harrowing experiences she endured growing up.

Venita revealed that she was a victim of domestic violence.

She said that she had experienced domestic violence from both her husband, Terna Tarka, and her father, Mr. Akpofure.

She revealed this while having a conversation with her love interest, Adekunle.

Venita alleged that her father used to abuse her, hit her with  very  hard and sharp objects, and shove her down the stairs.

She added that he had kept her outside of the house for more than three hours.

She also mentioned that her father became inebriated during her introduction and gave a speech about how he frequently considered apologizing to her for being violent.

Tensions flared in the BBNaija All Stars House as a dispute over hidden alcoholic drinks escalated into a heated confrontation, with contestant Venita Akpofure accusing her cousin Neo of instigating the clash and blaming Ike for not intervening on her behalf.

The incident, which unfolded during a pool party, took an unexpected turn when a group of housemates collectively decided to hide alcoholic beverages.

This seemingly innocent plan quickly escalated when an argument flared up between Adekunle and Neo.

In a shocking turn of events, Venita Akpofure took the center stage, accusing Neo of deliberately triggering the brawl as a means to target her.

Venita’s accusations didn’t stop at Neo; she also directed her frustration towards Ike, someone she referred to as “her person” within the house.

She claimed Ike failed to support her during the heated dispute, leaving her to fend for herself.

Ike, however, maintained his stance of being unaware of Adekunle’s involvement in the drinks’ concealment. He explained that he merely assumed Adekunle had some knowledge of the situation.
