“Heri Nikuwe Huru” Bungoma Goliath Shares Struggles He Went Through In Nairobi

Bungoma Goliath Isaac Wekesa Khisa has revealed that his stay in Nairobi was not all rosy as it seemed.

The Bungoma Goliath left home for Nairobi after being told that he would be interviewed on Citizen TV. To appear on such a national platform, he didn’t think twice about leaving his wife, who had undergone CS for the delivery of his third born just a week earlier.

In Nairobi he was hosted by Manzi wa Kibera and her team at her house in Kabiria.

“We were sleeping three of us in one bed; another man, a woman called Dory G and I. We were all squeezed together,” he said, adding that the situation did not please him considering his height.

Manzi wa Kibera then took him to town to buy him pairs of shoes but he only got one, with a promise that he would get three other pairs.

Another day, he was taken to a tailor to make him a suit but he never got the much anticipated suit till date, as each day they came up with an excuse until he gave up the matter.

Other than that, he was made to do more interviews with a promise that he will get to Citizen TV finally after garnering a bigger audience.

Bungoma Goliath was also forced to do things to trend and keep Kenyans talking against his will, including claiming that he has a second wife. Also Dory G claimed that he got her pregnant in a bid to trend more.

He added that he didn’t land a security job and was only made to wear the uniform for photos.

“There is a content creator who told me that I should carry a woman and hold her while we take pictures so that I could get a lot of likes and trend online. I hadn’t done things like that before. It was the first time, and I tried to avoid such things. They were not pleasing to the fans. I realised that if I continued to stay here, you never know when you’re told to do anything, you have to do it because you don’t know what might happen. I just had to endure,” the father of three said.

The compromising photos reached his wife and her family and she wanted to leave him. This forced Bungoma Goliath to head back home and sort out family issues.

“Life in Nairobi is not hard. Fans are not bad. What made me go back home, my wife saw my compromising photos and even my in-laws saw them. My wife  got angry and wanted to leave for what I was doing in Nairobi. I had to go back home top sort out the issues with my family and parents before I get back to Nairobi. They said the photos were disrespectful,” he said.
