Daniel said in a widely shared video that he and five of his siblings and friends were abducted and taken into the forest when they were travelling to Kogi state.

Daniel claimed he ran away and managed to get some footage in the bush. He asked Nigerians to help him in one of the posted videos, saying he had no idea where he was or how he could get back to safety.

After making his getaway, he and his family recorded a video in which they begged Nigerians to donate money to cover the N200 million ransom that the kidnappers had demanded in order to free his siblings and friends.

VeryDarkMan retorted that his story doesn’t sound genuine and instructed that no one should provide anything to the family.

The controversial activist cautioned Daniel to hope his allegation is true and mentioned that his police acquaintances are currently investigating his case.

In his words: “I swear on my mother, i will make sure you spend a good time with the police if any of this is not true, in just 4days you posted your kidnap, posted car, posted the kidnapers video and now you are asking for funds, your only savior will be if this is true.”
