The English International bagged the award following his fantastic record-breaking moment in the Premier League game against Brighton in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge. Cole Palmer won the award beating off competition from Luis Diaz, Gabriel, Erling Haaland, David Raya and Ollie Watkins to win the PFA award.
Cole Palmer’s impressive run of form saw him score five goals and provide just one assists, guiding Chelsea to crucial victories in the Premier League and cementing his status as one of the best players in the league.
The 21-year-old midfielder made also made history by becoming the first player to score four goals in the first half of a Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion, a feat that has never been achieved by any player.
In addition to that incredible display against Brighton, Palmer also produced an assist in a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace and a goal in a 3-0 win at West Ham United.
