A Houston businesswoman attempted to block Chris Brown’s tour from coming to Houston due to the drama between her and Chris, but the judge denied it with the quickness

According to TMZ, Ms. Labuan Bailey filed a restraining order against Chris in Houston due to ongoing drama about a charity event she hosted in which she tried to get Chris to perform. She claims that Chris took a $1 million check and never performed at the concert, leaving her in distress. Since last month, she’s been calling out to Chris to get him to return the money and/or offer an explanation as to why he bailed on her. Since that wasn’t successful, she decided to formally file a restraining order that would prevent him from performing on his tour and make him answer for his “crimes” to her.

TMZ reports that a courtroom insider told them that the judge was quick to throw out the restraining order. The official reason was not listed, but Chris and his tour mate, Lil Baby, will be performing tonight in Houston without any mishaps.
