“I Don’t Take It For Granted” Nyaboke Moraa Makes Social Media Comeback

Actress Nyaboke Moraa has surfaced online slightly over a month after laying her elder daughter  Marie Achieng’ to rest.

In a live session on TikTok, Moraa extended gratitude to all those who stood with her during the difficult moment.

“That time, during the funeral, so many people from TikTok came. But that time… I couldn’t even… you know that time by the way I don’t even know who came or who didn’t come, what was happening but thank you for your support.

“Thank you so much for your prayers, thank you for your support both physically, financially, spiritually… yote yote. I truly appreciate and do not take any of it for granted. I don’t take it for granted at all,” she said.

The former Tahidi High actress went on to reveal that people have been visiting her since then.

“Nyumba yangu siku hizi ni ya kila mtu, watu wanakuja wengi some of them I don’t even know. But people are always coming,” she said.

Moraa marked her 40th birthday on September 20th, and she said it was a joyful and emotional moment for her.

Since losing her daughter, Moraa had maintained a low profile on social media as she came to terms with the loss. The 19-year old was buried on August 10 in Kisumu county.

“I don’t know how to eulogize my child, my heart is broken, my heart is so broken. We had very very beautiful moments, my heart is broken. I don’t know how I am going to release my child. A time in my life I have gone through so much and she would finds me really broken in the bedroom, ananiambia mum haukuangi mtu mbaya, watu tu wako na wewe ndio wabaya. Marie was a good child, my heart is broken,” Moraa mourned her.
