A woman who gave birth to quintuplets has received a gift of N2 million from Anambra Governor, Chukwuma Soludo.
The revelation was made by Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, Ify Obinabo, in her office in Awka on Monday, 17th April 2023.
The N2 million naira is intended for the welfare of the quintuplets, consisting of three males and two females. Once the processing is completed, the support will be sent to the family immediately.
Mr. Tochukwu, an Onitsha-based businessman, and his wife, Mrs. Chidinma Amaechi, were blessed with a set of quintuplets after 9 years of childlessness at Life International Hospital in Awka on March 29, 2023.
