Yul Edochie, a politician and Nollywood actor, has come under fire from his fans for posted a picture of Francis Ngannou on social media in the lead-up to the major fight, seemingly as a strong show of support.
He referred to the Cameroonian fighter as βMy manβ with fondness.
He came under heavy fire from Nigerian internet users in the comment section for not supporting Anthony Joshua, a fellow countryman.
