A Nigerian youth corps member made her parents proud as she saluted and presented them with her first NYSC allowance of ₦33,000.
This is seen in a recent video uploaded to her page on a popular social media platform.
In the video, the young lady could be seen standing, raising her arm to salute her visibly emotional parents.
She then received a white envelope containing the allowance, and began to speak about how her parents had always supported her, provided for her needs, and put her through school, moving her parents to tears.
She then walked towards them and handed over the envelope containing the money.
Following this, her parents asked her to kneel down as they showered her with praise and prayers for her thoughtful gesture.
The emotional video, captioned ‘Took my first alawee to my family,’ garnered significant attention, with many individuals sharing their thoughts in the comments section.
