Popular Comedienne, Helen Paul, has lamented about the hardship business owners face over lack of electricity in the country.
In a post she made on Instagram, she pointed out that business owners spend money to buy fuel to run their generator for their businesses and in turn use the profit to pay for electricity from PHCN.
