Cyber crimes are global in nature. Scammers and swindlers abound in the cyber space all around the world. The world wide web makes life easier in terms of communication and doing business. But it equally makes life hard and hellish in terms of falling victim to the criminal shenanigans of cyber fraudsters.

Many young Nigerians dabble in internet fraud nicknamed “yahoo-yahoo”. This perfidy has become a way of life for the young con-artists. Many of these fraudsters dubbed “yahoo-boys” have become filthy rich.

Yesterday I entered a boutique to purchase a jean trouser and I was negotiating for 9k.

All of a sudden, one Yahoo boy just walked in and paid 35k for 2 jeans without beating price.

Now the shop owner said he wont sale to me at 9K again.

Let the EFCC and other concerned security agencies go after these Yahoo boys please before they damage our economy completely.
