The internationally recognized singer, Wizkid becomes the first Nigerian celebrity whose image secured a British Photography Award.
At the 2023 British Photography Awards in London, Wizkid, known by his real name Ayodeji Balogun, made a remarkable appearance.
His performance snapshot from the Glastonbury Festival earlier this year claimed the Event Category Award in the 2023 British Photography Awards.
The photo, an iconic shot, was skillfully captured by Nick Haill, a freelance photographer and graphic designer based in London.
This comes as one of the many achievements of the singer over the years in the entertainment industry as he places Nigeria on the global market proudly.
