Award-Winning Nigerian artist Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, is now buzzing on social media following his recent acquisition.
Wizkid, the “Essence” singer, has purchased a diamond neckchain going for $1 million, or nearly N1.5 billion in Nigerian money.
The diamond neck chain was created by A Jewellers, a well-known jeweller on the photo and video-sharing app Instagram.
A jeweller who is renowned as Europe’s number one celebrity jewellery designer has worked for Nigerian celebrities such as Burna Boy, Rema, Shallipopi, and other well-known persons throughout the globe.
Wizkid, who purchased such a costly diamond neck chain, did not leave with the diamond ice box, since a special celebration was planned for the Grammy Award winner.
