The Lagos state police command has said that under the new total ban on motorcycles in the state which takes effect on June 1st, passengers and riders alike will be arrested and prosecuted.
The spokesperson of the command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed this on his Twitter handle this evening. Read his tweets below…
