  • The movie stars were among the A-list celebrities who attended Odunlade Adekola’s Orisa movie premiere.

Toyin Abraham and her ex-hubby Adeniyi Johnson have downplayed reports of rifts between them following a video of the duo exchanging pleasantries in public for the first time in years.

Odunlade Adekola premiered his latest film, Orisa, and Yoruba movie stars showed up to support him, two of whom were Adeniyi Johnson and Toyin Abraham.

Videos circulating online captured the moment when Toyin Abraham approached and warmly greeted Muyiwa Ademola, Itele, and Femi Adebayo, who were seated alongside Adeniyi Johnson.

While chatting with Femi Adebayo and others, Toyin Abraham jokingly reprimanded Adeniyi for ignoring her, light-heartedly teasing him about it.

Toyin said in Yoruba, “Niyi your head is not correct”.

Niyi responded with a casual, “How far?”

Toyin Abraham was also seen calling out her junior colleague, Yetunde Barnabas, and others for not standing up to greet her when she approached them.

Abraham and Johnson got married on Monday, July 8, 2013, at the Ikoyi Registry, Lagos. The actress filed for divorce on the grounds of infidelity in August 2015.
