Tom Girardi allegedly wired $300K to judge with whom he had affair

Tom Girardi allegedly wired hundreds of thousands of dollars to his supposed mistress so she could purchase an oceanfront condo, according to a new report.

The disgraced lawyer transferred $300,000 to Tricia Bigelow the week she closed on the Santa Monica, Calif., property, according to financial records filed in a state court lawsuit and seen by The Los Angeles Times.

The report noted that the wire transfer did not come from Girardi’s personal bank account, but rather from a trust account containing settlement money for clients of his law firm, Girardi Keese.

When Girardi, 83, transferred Bigelow the funds, the account contained money owed to cancer victims and other residents of a polluted Inland Empire community, the publication explained.

Bigelow’s attorney, Alan Jackson, told The LA Times in an email that the $300,000 transfer “was NOT marked as coming from a [Girardi Keese] trust account” and that she had no reason to suspect he was drawing on client funds.

Jackson further added that Girardi “never shared anything with her regarding the source of any gifts” with Bigelow, who retired last year from the Second District Court of Appeal.

It appears the massive transfer caught Girardi’s estranged wife, Erika Jayne, by surprise, too, as she expressed shock over the the revelation during a deposition earlier this month.

“F– me,” she exclaimed, adding that there was “no way” he told her that piece of information.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star added in an Instagram statement Wednesday, “Wow. I knew about jewelry, shopping sprees, and plastic surgery but this really threw me for a loop.”

In December 2020, the “Pretty Mess” performer posted-and-deleted photos of screenshots of sexual text messages purportedly sent between Girardi and Bigelow.

“This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was f–king my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery,” she claimed.
