Thomas Tuchel is already frustrated at Bayern Munich as he smashed a training pole in half on Thursday, April 27.
The former Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain head coach who has been in charge of seven games, has won just twice since taking over from Julian Nagelsmann, leaving club chiefs seemingly questioning whether Tuchel is the right man for the job.
Bayern have lost out of every cup competition, meaning that their remaining focus is to try and win the Bundesliga for an 11th-straight time.
During training on Thursday, it was gathered that the 49-year-old coach was not satisfied with how the Bayern stars presented themselves in the final game on the diamond small field.
Tuchel tried to correct the attacking patterns and player movement several times, but it wasn’t working. This made him grab a slalom pole which he broke with his knee whilst discussing the issue with his assistant coaches.

Tuchel has resisted calls for his resignation and continues determined to fight for his job with the Bavarian side.
He may have only signed a two-year deal last month, but Tuchel faces an uphill battle if he is to see out that contract.
Dortmund currently sits at the top of the Bundesliga table, one point above Bayern Munich who will be facing Hertha Berlin this weekend.
