Mutala, a Ghanaian man, has been in mourning for his beloved Epiphany, who passed away from what he believes to have been excruciating menstruation pain.
The man commemorated his 24-year-old lover’s life by uploading some memories of her on his microblogging service, X, under the username @richden019.
Many people on social media expressed surprise at the young woman’s passing and curiosity about the terrible event that took her life.
Mutala stated that Epiphany’s death was caused by menstrual cramps, which she had been experiencing ever since her period began.
He disclosed that her menstrual cramps were accompanied by an ulcer, that she was unable to eat whenever she started, and that she was irritated by everything.
