“This is dehumanizing” – Mr Macaroni criticizes Davido for allowing his aide Lati to assault two fans who wanted to make a video with him

In his most recent social media post, popular Nigerian comedian Mr Macaroni criticizes Davido for allowing his assistant Lati to abuse two fans who wanted to film a video with him.

Davido has been making the rounds on social media following a video in which his right-hand man Lati punches a fan for snapping photos with him at an event.

The enthusiastic male fan who was star-struck after witnessing Davido attempts to approach the singer, only for Lati to land a powerful punch on his face, and that was only the beginning.

Another footage also appeared online where Lati drew responses online as he handed down a big smack on another male fan who tried to reach Davido’s side.

Mr Macaroni responded to the recordings, saying they were sad and demeaning from Davido and his sidekick Lati, and that the assault was unnecessary.

He also encourages fans to seek permission from Davido or any other celebrity before approaching them for a photo.

He wrote; “This is sad and highly condemnable!!! There is absolutely no need for this assault. This is dehumanizing and I speak against it because I know exactly how this feels. The change that we all seek must begin with us!!!.”

He added; “Please, if you must take pictures with any of your favorite celebrity, kindly seek permission so that you are not seen as a threat. Respect is reciprocal. We must respect the privacy of our celebrities and Celebrities must also learn to treat our fans with respect and dignity.”
