“They know it” – Guardiola reacts to scuffle between Haaland, Walker, Arsenal coach

Pep Guardiola has reacted to the heated exchange involving Erling Haaland, Kyle Walker, and Arsenal after their Sunday 1-0 defeat.

There was a heated exchange between the City duo and Arsenal’s backroom staff member Nicolas Jover after the intense game at the Emirates, leaving many wondering what exactly happened.

The incident began as the final whistle blew, with Walker appearing visibly upset with Jover. Haaland also got involved, calling for calm.

A new camera angle on the incident further revealed that the altercation began after words were exchanged between Walker and the Arsenal set-piece coach.

Meanwhile, Guardiola, in his press conference, chose to remain tight-lipped about the specifics leading to the incident, saying, “I know what happened but I won’t say anything. They (Arsenal) know it.”

The scuffle followed a joyous day for Arsenal, courtesy of Gabriel Martinelli’s deflected shot that secured his side a 1-0 victory over City.

Haaland had a frustrating game, struggling to make an impact against Arsenal’s solid defense, and he ended the game without any clear effort at goal.

The win marked an important moment for Arsenal, breaking a 12-game losing streak against City.

It also helped the Gunners land into second place in the Premier League, just behind North London rivals Tottenham, who currently top the table as the second and only other unbeaten team in the league this season, after Arsenal.
