The NFL releases an annual list of its top players, based on the votes of their contemporaries.

In some ways, it is a preview of the athletes that are poised to have stellar seasons.

Fantasy football participants may also use it accordingly in drafting the right players for their squads.

NFL insider Dov Kleiman shared the players ranked 100-51 on the NFL Players Top 100 list.

It’s fascinating that Odell Beckham Jr. is still ranked at number 90 even though he might not play this season due to the ACL injury he suffered during Super Bowl LVI.

That strong performance during that game merited several votes from his fellow players and he will attract several offers once he is cleared to play.

Also, at the 84th spot is Chicago Bears linebacker Roquan Smith, who has demanded a trade from the squad.

Von Miller will also try to live up to his 93rd ranking after signing a six-year deal with the Buffalo Bills.

After winning another Super Bowl, this time with the Los Angeles Rams, Miller would like to hoist another Vince Lombardi Trophy for a third NFL franchise.

New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones (ranked 85th) will also try to improve on his solid performance during his rookie season.

Cleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward (ranked 87th) has a lot to prove after signing a five-year, $100.5 million contract extension.

Other Notable Players On The List

Aside from Miller, another player who switched teams during the offseason was All-Pro safety Tyrann Mathieu (ranked No. 70).

After playing three seasons for the Kansas City Chiefs, he now joins his hometown team, the New Orleans Saints, after signing a three-year, $33 million contract.

Other players on the list that will switch jerseys in 2022 are Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Chandler Jones (62) and Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson (61).

New Orleans’ versatile running back Alvin Kamara is the highest-ranked player from this half of the NFL Players Top 100 List for 2022.
