Nigerian tallest man, Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, has died at the age of 48 after suffering from prolonged sickness.
The popular reality TV star and actor, Afeez Agoro, widely recognised as the tallest man in Nigeria who stood 7 ft 4 had reportedly been ill for months due to a reported battle with chronic hip arthritis.
It was gathered that he was rushed to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, yesterday evening, June 14, after he developed some complications weeks after he sought financial help in order to undergo surgery.
He died around 7:30pm last night.
It was confirmed that Agoro’s burial arrangement commenced at his residence in Community Road, Akoka.
Agoro’s last post on Facebook was on May 28 after he recovered from a hip replacement.
He posted: “Thank God Almighty for a successful operation now it’s time for therapy.”
