“Stay in your lane” – Ini Edo breaks silence after Tonto Dikeh referred to her as stingy

In a recent turn of events, Nollywood actress, Ini Edo has chosen to address the public fallout with her colleague, Tonto Dikeh, who accused her of being stingy on social media.

Recall that a few days ago, Tonto Dikeh noted that D’banj and Ini Edo are very stingy.

She furthered warned anyone in dire need of help never to ask for assistance from them as they can never help.

In what seems like a response to Tonto’s attack, Ini Edo took to her Instagram page to share some cryptic message notes.

In her message, Ini Edo acknowledged the potential harm that can be inflicted upon one’s reputation or character by others.

She highlighted the fact that people have the ability to tarnish an individual’s image or personality through their words and actions. However, she also emphasized a significant counterpoint – that no matter the attempts to malign, there are certain aspects of a person that remain untarnished.

Specifically, Ini Edo pointed out that the good deeds a person has done cannot be erased by negative descriptions or attempts to damage their character.

She suggested that those who truly understand and know an individual will continue to hold them in high regard, regardless of external attempts to cast them in a negative light.

In her words:

“People may destroy your image, stain your personality, but they can’t take away your good deeds because no matter how they describe you, you will still be admired by those who really know you better.”
