Bronny James, son of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, made quite an impression on people Monday night.
He was in France playing with the California Basketball Club as part of the AXE Euro Tour.
During the game, James went coast-to-coast with the ball and posterized a defender who didn’t stand a chance trying to get in his way.
He created a monster one-handed dunk that blew up the internet.
Hey, Bronny … impressive. But your dad would’ve dunked it left-handed. You sure got away with it, though.
— Skip Bayless (@RealSkipBayless) August 16, 2022
Many people commented on the play, from his own father to Utah Jazz superstar Donovan Mitchell, Finals MVP Stephen Curry, and many more.
Of course, NBA analyst Skip Bayless had some words about the situation too.
“Hey, Bronny…impressive. But your dad would’ve dunked it left-handed. You sure got away with it, though.”
No one should be surprised to see Bayless critique a high school player, especially one who is related to James.
Still, Bayless’ comments definitely leave a bad taste in the mouths of many.

Aside from Bayless’ words, everyone else was very impressed by what they saw from the young James.
He is on his way to making it in the NBA if he keeps playing like this.
For years now, people have known that James and his father could be playing together in the league before King James retires.
Now that possibility seems even more likely.
The younger James still has quite a few things to learn and he’s not a number one draft pick prospect just yet but he’s definitely been showing more signs of greatness.
His brother, Bryce, has also been improving and making waves on the court.
There is a very good chance that both James brothers will play together in the NBA after their legendary father hangs up his jersey in a few years.
