On Saturday, October 7, 2023, Akothee seemingly confirmed that Omondi drained her bank accounts before breaking up with her.
The mother of five took to social media to lament how money suddenly disappeared from her bank account.
She lamented that huge sums of money were withdrawn from her bank accounts without her approval or knowledge.
In a post on social media, Akothee gave her bank until today Monday October 9, 2023, to return her money or she would retaliate with unspecified actions.
IS YOUR MONEY SAFE IN THE BANK ?
Can banks be trusted anymore ?
Because I am handling two cases with a highly reputable bank that has been handling my money for years. I am one of those clients who don’t even read my bank statements, Stupidity made me think they are professionals until My account was compromised, there is a case pending since February 2022 that they have not been able to sort and have refused to take responsibility, they keep managing me with long stories . They equally know I don’t have bank loans , I have Zero stress and our relationship is banking and withdrawing The second case just happened on September 12th ,that huge amount of money left my account through an ATM🤔 while personally I have never accessed more than 30k from an ATM ,if I need more than 30k I will have to call the bank to extend my limit 🤔 ,on which planet could someone access more than 500k in two days by ATM 🤔🤔🤔.in some places I have never stepped my foot They have been taking me rounds and managing me . If this particular bank doesn’t get back to me with a solid answer on how my money left my account ,and the pending case of my card since 2022
They will feel my presence in their headquarters on Monday. I will be going there with my team to collect my money, kama ni vita Basi i iwepo .
For now let me go have fan. I worked alot during the week .
I want my money back in my Account by Monday 💪
Days after revealing that money had been stolen from her bank account, Akothee updated her fans on the development.
She revealed that the thief who stole her money had been identified and that it was not Omondi.
“Oops sorry, I forgot to update you on the bank issue, and my money which was stolen. I have been terribly busy with good things. Update is that they have identified the thief. Mmmmmm, I can’t wait to ask this guy questions. I didn’t want to interfere with process of investigation. Sasa mimi nimechomeka kwa jua while he makes trips to the bank. waaaaa watu wako na ujasiri,” Akothee wrote.
Asked how much money was stolen from her bank account, Akothee said that she lost about Ksh700,000.
