Liverpool star player Mohamed Salah is expected to leave the Egypt national team camp and return to England to continue training with Liverpool. The Egyptian striker scored a brace during their 3-0 win against Niger last week.
However, Egypt’s manager Rui Vitoria has revealed that Salah will not play for them in a friendly game against Liberia. This is to prevent him from getting injured before going back to Liverpool.
The Reds will resume their English Premier League campaign against Brighton at home on Saturday.
Liverpool are currently having a poor start in the league – recording just two wins in their opening six games, and four points behind Brighton in the table.
