Popular Nollywood actress, Ruth Eze expresses dissatisfaction at her fellow actor Junior Pope regarding his public fight with Ruby Ojiakor on Father’s Day.
In a post on her Instagram page, Ruth Eze admonished Junior Pope for confronting Ruby publicly over her Father’s Day post, emphasizing their close friendship.
She highlighted how highly Ruby regards Junior Pope and consistently speaks positively about him in their conversations.
Fight between Ruby Ojiakor and Junior Pope over Father’s Day post
Ruby Ojiakor: “Happy Father’s Day to me!!! It hasn’t been easy world” Bt in all we give thanks to the Almighty. Thank you Jesus Christ for everything. Her Royal Majesty”.
Junior Pope: “RUBY (father)???? Anyways you are doing a great job”.
Ruby: “How can you of all people that know everything I went through and still going through drop this disgusting comment?? I will never do it to you and you know it”.
Junior: “You can only be her mother, never her father. Some day she will be United with her father. There is a difference between a father and a parent. Feel free to look it up. He is not a parent because he did not partake in raising her but he is still her father and still very much alive. (His sperm). Let’s not all be quick to copy the white man”.
Ruby: “I’m trying to hold my patience. But it’s obvious you know what exactly you’re doing. Now I know nobody likes me because if you that I respect so much will drop such devilish comments here it means I’m no longer safe. Like how can you even dare Oga na you wan unite them??? Pls, get out of my page”.
Ruth Eze urges Junior Pope to apologize to Ruby Ojiakor
Ruth conveyed her disappointment in a video and requested an apology from Junior Pope, expressing that their colleague’s emotions have been affected by the incident.
In her words;
“Junior Pope you aren’t a close colleague and I don’t think we’ve ever worked before but what you did is wrong. Your definition of a father is wrong and I commented on that post too and some [email protected] were tagging me.
Ruby is somebody that loves you, your friendship with her I love it so much that it encouraged me to be friends with Benson Okonkwo.
