Mwenda’s journey into the legal world began with what now appears to be a deceptive hustle. After exploring numerous courtrooms, he seemed to have found a place where he could make a living without much effort.
However, his newfound celebrity status as a ‘lawyer’ took an unexpected turn when suspicions arose about the authenticity of his legal credentials. Investigations by the police are underway to unravel the mystery behind Brian Mwenda Ntwiga, who might have been masquerading as a legal professional.
Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Renson Ingonga instructed the Inspector General of Police to conduct a thorough investigation into the suspected case of identity theft. If found guilty, charges will be brought against Mwenda.
Brian Mwenda now referred as an alleged imposter lawyer was actively involved in legal proceedings, representing litigants in various cases. Notably, he appeared in court during the hearing involving former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga and others.
The true identity of the fake lawyer came to light when the real Brian Mwenda Ntwiga, a legitimate advocate, encountered difficulties while attempting to log into the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) portal.
Brian Mwenda’s questionable activities were not limited to the courtroom. Reports indicate that he is romantically in love with radio host and actress Kat Kenzie, known for her role in “The Real Househelps of Kawangware.”
