Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has said Liverpool will win the Premier League title if they fail to beat Aston Villa in their last fixture.
Guardiola’s men came back from two goals down on Sunday, to draw 2-2 with West Ham at the London Stadium.
The result leaves City four points ahead of Liverpool, who have an outstanding game against Southampton on Tuesday.
If the Reds win at St Marys, they will be just one point behind the champions with one round of fixtures left.
On the last day, Liverpool plays Wolves, while City hosts Villa.
“Now there are no debates about goal difference or anything. We need to win our game to be champions.
“If we don’t win, Liverpool will be champions,” Guardiola said.
