In her emotional video, the actress expressed her apprehension about the risks associated with public charity events.

She said: “I am no longer doing giveaways. I am done. I have family members that need help. I will do my giveaway with them. If helping people will land someone in prison, I am out. People should learn from the case of Alhaji Hamzat Oriyomi and The Queen Naomi.”

She further cited concerns about superstitious rumours from those who may tie the Ibadan Stampede tragedy as an intentional ritualistic rite.

Aiyeola’s stance reflects growing concerns within the entertainment industry about the challenges and responsibilities of giving back to the community.
