The Supreme Court on Thursday, postponed making a decision on the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate in the March 18, governorship election, Ladi Adebutu.
As it insists on adhering to the decision of Adebutu’s main appeal, the five-member panel headed by Justice John Okoro declined to consider the cross-appeals submitted by the APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Adebutu is attempting to have the proclamation of Dapo Abiodun’s election declared void through an appeal.
