Thousands of supporters of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, have converged at different locations in Lagos today to rally for their candidate against the forthcoming election.
From National Stadium, Surulere to Lekki, and from Ikeja to Festac area of Lagos, many of the supporters today, Saturday, October 1, Nigeria’s Independence Day, have filled different locations holding posters of the LP candidate and his vice, Yusuf Baba-Ahmed.
The rally caused both human and vehicular traffic around the Stadium axis, from Alaka and Teslim Balogun Stadium and down to Ojuelegba.

However, strict compliance has been reported at the Lekki Toll where the court has banned the gatherings.
