Nottingham Forest take on Huddersfield in the Championship playoff final, thanks to a penalty shootout win over Sheffield United on Tuesday.
Forest, who won the first leg 2-1, lost the reverse fixture at home 2-1.
The 3-3 aggregate led to extra time and eventually penalties, where goalkeeper Brice Samba made three saves to ensure the hosts won 3-2.
The last save led to a pitch invasion by the home fans to celebrate the win.
Forest were last in the top flight in 1999. They can return there by beating Huddersfield at Wembley Stadium on May 29.
Huddersfield were promoted to the Premier League in 2017 after 45 years in the lower league, before getting relegated in 2019.
