Nollywood producer Andy Best pronounced dead in Owerri hospital

Nollywood thrown into mourning as the association loses producer and marketer, Andy Ikechukwu Nnadi, popularly called Andy Best to the cold hands of death.

The news was reported on Instagram by Seun Oloketuyi, who is the convener of the Best of Nollywood (BON) awards.

He revealed that he died in an hospital in Owerri earlier today, the 19th of March, 2024.

The cause of his death is still unknown to the public but it is believed that he battled with a prolonged ailment.

Andy Best was one of the leading figures in production in Nollywood and his death has left a huge impact in the industry.

Some of the movies he produced includes, My Father’s Cup, The Lion of Africa, White Poison, Pretty Angels, Rain Makers amongst others.

He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Andy Best Electronics.

His body has been deposited at the Aladinma Mortuary in Owerri.
