A Nigerian woman named Costel Humphry has joyfully shared her remarkable journey on social media after finally giving birth to a baby boy.
After enduring 13 years of waiting and experiencing 14 heartbreaking miscarriages, she turned to Facebook on June 7, 2023, to express her gratitude and celebrate her testimony.
In her post, she wrote with gratitude and joy:
“God has shown me mercy after 13 years of waiting, 14 miscarriages. He blessed my family with a bouncing baby boy. Glory to God. May his name be praised”
Her husband, Humphrey Isirimah, also took to his Facebook page to share a video of their son Samuel, capturing the joyous moment.
The couple’s friends and family members joined the online celebration, expressing their joy and sharing in the testimony of God’s faithfulness.
Nyime Chuma wrote: “Today, like Sarah the matriarch, Mummy Costel Humphery returned to redeem her vow to God.
She carried baby ‘Samuel’ for 5 years with varied complications, but made a vow to God that if she ever was delivered of this baby, she will return to the altar of God the same day to dedicate him to the God of Oyedepo.
Mummy Costel had had 14 miscarriages in 13 years.
This is her second child alive after 13 years!
