A Nigerian lady burst into tears upon discovering that her friend, from whom she had borrowed money, had passed away a few days later.
She revealed the last words he said to her in a recent post on a popular social media platform.
According to the lady, several weeks ago, her friend had lent her some money. He assured her, “So long as it’s you, I know you’ll pay.”
She recounted that those were the final words he spoke to her before borrowing her the money, only to find out recently about his passing.
She shared an emotional video of herself mourning her dear friend on social media, along with a caption explaining the event in the video.
Her caption read: “The last thing he said to me was ‘so long as it’s you kela i know you will pay.’ Today marks 3 weeks since you left us 💔 Sleep easy my friend 🕊️💔.”
