The youngest drive show host in the country is making his debut to the music industry and will son be dropping his first song.
Jakes has since recorded the song titled ‘Ma Barbie’ and he excitedly told his mother, giving her a chance to listen to it.
“Wa Gituro, I told you to call me Msanii. My song is ready, it is called Ma Barbie,” he said, as he played the song from a portable speaker. He was captured making some dance moves indicating that he was really proud of the effort he had put in the song.
Joyce however couldn’t however believe her ears.
“I warned you against mentioning my name in your songs. I bore and raised you in church but sometimes you make me feel like am dreaming. Switch off that thing,” a shocked Joyce said, saying that she doesn’t know what to tell Jakes.
Fans are however excited about the new song and can’t wait for it to be released. The song was produced by Mvo on the beat.
Jakes followed in the footsteps of the her mother, becoming one of the popular radio presenters thanks to his voice and energy for hosting show. He is currently working at Homeboyz Radio.
