Nicki Minaj supporters in Nigeria are ecstatic after learning that the rapper plans to bring her world tour to their country.
Following a Nigerian fan’s outrage over Africa’s omission from Nicki Minaj’s recently publicized world tour venues, the singer said she would consider include Nigeria on the tour if enough fans expressed interest.
The fan using the X handle @RamatVictory shared screenshots of the tour stops on several countries and commented, “Once again, African barbz [Nick Minaj’s fans] bite dust.” Well, whatever.”
In response, Nicki Minaj’s verified X handle said, “Abeg, sign up where it says (if you don’t see your city) so that your city/country will be there when I get to Africa.”
The fan, overjoyed by Nicki’s reply, wrote beneath her message: “I won’t bother complaining again, okay? “Heya Naija guys, hurry up and sign up!”
Nicki Minaj then wrote, “Naija no de carry last.”
