The former manager of Sailors Music group announced her departure through a statement she shared online.
“Indeed it is true that I have resigned from NRG Radio. It has been an incredible journey of 6 years and I am grateful for my time there,” she said.
While she didn’t mention her next station in the statement, the radio presenter said that she was looking forward to share the details with her fans.
“Looking forward, while I bid farewell to my colleagues at NRG, I am eagerly anticipating the next chapter in my career. I look forward to announcing my next my new place of work and embarking on this exciting journey,” she said.
“To all my amazing listeners and esteemed clients, rest assured my bell will be baxck on the airwaves soon,” Mwalimu Rachel further said.
Her colleagues at NRG have celebrated her as she embarks on her new journey, labelling her an incredible leader. They said that they would miss her dearly.
“Thank you for being an amazing leader and teacher literally. May God guide and protect you on your next endeavor Auntie TT,” Atieno said.
Sheila on the other hand said, ” We going to miss you thank you for being an amzing mentor.”
Mpasho, one of the entities under radio Africa where Mwalimu Rachel is headed on the other hand said, “Karibu Maeneo.”
Details about the radio station, under Radio Africa, that she would be joining are yet to be shared.
