Born Segun Adekunle, Labule is a Nigerian music artist that plays a blend of highlife and Afrobeat. He started out his career as a child as his mom recalled that only songs from Legendary King Sunny Ade and Ebenezer Obey could stop him from crying.
He was the head drummer back in his primary and secondary school days. He studied Engineering in the University where he was nicknamed Lagbaja by his classmates.
He has performed in the United Kingdom and United States repeatedly. Labule is set to take over Afrobeat and highlife music. He does a Fusion of Afrobeat and high life and he calls his sound “HIGHFRO” He releases his Single “Smartie” which is an amazing track that talks about the technological advancement of our world.
