Nollywood actor Ibrahim Chatta is finishing the year on a high note. On Sunday, December 8, he was honored with a special award from the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye.

Chatta, who attended the African Fashion Week in Lagos, received the award for his strong commitment to Yoruba cultural heritage.

The actor, known for his roles in popular Yoruba films like House of Gaa and Jagun Jagun, showed his respect by kneeling as he accepted the award from the king.

In a clip, the Ooni was seen giving warm prayers to Chatta in the Yoruba language.

Chatta shared the video of receiving his award and expressed his gratitude to God in the caption.
