Media Personality, Gbemi Calls Out Brand Who Inflated Thier Price Due To Her Status

Nigerian media personality, Gbemi O has cried out on Twitter after a brand she was hoping to patronize inflated their price due to her status.
In a tweet released, Gbemi mentioned that she sent a message to this brand, where she has seen a nice dress and wanted to know the price. They said #45,000. She asked a friend to request the price of the same dress from them and they said it was #40,000.

I dm’ed a bespoke brand yesterday asking about the price of a dress on their page . They said it’s 45k. I had a friend dm them as well about the same dress & they told her it’s 40k. Yes I know it’s only 5k difference but why give me a higher price ? It’s unfair.

It is clear that the #5,000 inflation was only a result of Gbemi O’s staus and this is one of the major problems facing Nigeria.
