Heartbroken man still hurt by memories of his past lover has used a hammer to smash their framed photo.

In a video making the rounds online, the young man who is still pained by the heartbreak decided to smash a photo of him and his girlfriend to pieces.

A sad song played on in the background while he carried out the act.
