A young man locates the owners of an abandoned house over 30 years ago in Kaduna with the help of Twitter and the family’s photo album.
The Twitter user identified as @Marleeki has taken to the microblogging platform to shed light on an abandoned property.
According to the user, there are speculations that the owners ran during a religious crisis in the Northern state some years ago.
In a lengthy thread, he wrote;
“There is a property that has been lying down in my neighborhood for about 30 years or more now without people knowing the whereabout of the actual owner(s). Stakeholders in the neighborhood have tried their best to trace the owners for several years but all to no avail.
“It was presumed that it was during one of the religious crisis in Kaduna many years ago that the owner with his family fled the house and left most of their belongings in the property till date.

Giving an update about the search, the user affirmed that the owners were located and they visited the property in person.
“Twitter is indeed a very big platform. I am very pleased to inform you all that in less than 24 hrs the family has been found through the daughter
