The controversial Mugithi singer took to Facebook and offered to spoil Gathoni on her birthday.
The sassy queen turned a year older on Tuesday the 5th of March and DJ Fatxo penned a heartwarming message for her.
“Happy birthday to the most clean-hearted & beautiful TV presenter I know. Leo nayo lazima nikutreat 😜 tuma mpesa no 😂 Gathoni Wa waruguru. Happy Birthday my personal person 😂” DJ Fatxo wrote.
Gathoni Waruguru celebrated herself on her birthday in a Facebook post. The Nyumba iitu anchor expressed desire to make a difference in the world.
“Happy +1 dear self 😍😘🙌 May I touch lives and make a difference in this world,” Gathoni wrote.
Taking to the comment section of the post, DJ Fatxo wrote “Happy birthday siz”.
Gathoni Waruguru responded by saying “Thank you bro”.
DJ Fatxo and Gathoni Waruguru went their separate ways in August 2023.
The vernacular TV anchor dumped the Mugithi crooner after he allegedly disrespected her and lied to her too.
“Relationship zangu mingi hufail juu niko na akili msee…kuna excuse huezi nipea nikakubali 😡😡 kuna disrespect I can’t take in. I’m tired! @djfatxo. I think you’re a great person, but it’s clear we just aren’t that compatible” Gathoni Waruguru wrote on her social media platforms then.
After Gathoni Waruguru announced the end of their relationship, DJ Fatxo also reacted quickly then and claimed that he was the one who had actually dumped her weeks earlier.
“Naambiwa huyo amepost akasema ameniacha na last I checked I’ve been single for the past three weeks na maisha huku soko ni nyororo ajab 🤣” he said.
